Q: Shared custody order however mother took kids out if State on Dads sch Days.Unable to contact Mom. What should/can I do
Previous joint custody order in place in case I ever broke up. Broke up and have father come and get her and the kids from Tennessee and took kids back to Tennessee supposedly on father schedule days. Today was the day to exchange kids and they were supposed to go to the mother however she had previously took them she has blocked all family members on Facebook and will not answer any calls. I feel like she is has violated the order. what should I do can someone please contact me. Ty
