Q: I stayed at a Motel for 2 nights and was bitten on my arms and hands by bedbugs over 500 times badly . What do I do

A: Go to the doctor. Take photos of the injuries and of the bed bugs, mattress, box spring, etc. Talk to an attorney.

A: The prior answer is what I suggest too. Make sure you have proof (photos with date confirmed).. also did you talk to any other people staying there? Very important to have supporting medical records as well. Talk to an attorney right away.

when, where, reported?

lay a paper down and take pix showing date with bed bugs.

go to doctor and submit bill.

what are you looking for? refund of room? compensation? reporting to the licensing board?

if compensation, send a letter memorializing what happened with your demand. IF not met consider small claims court and sule for up to $10k.......though the case would not be worth anywhere near that amount in all likelihood.
