Chino Hills, CA asked in Criminal Law and Real Estate Law for California

Q: The other co owner is stealing half the money. What is this called? Also, he has pulled out $30k by pass my signature!

How did he get this done without my permission and without my knowledge. Who knows how many times he's done this then puts the money back in later. The $30k has been put back. This still has to be illegal to do. Is there criminal charges for this? And right now he is stealing half income from every month and this money not put back. Hes been keeping it in his own personal acct im sure. I asked him for my money and he told me dont worry bcuz its safe with him. Haa! I need help asap! Does he face any jail time? I hope so.
