Q: Ok my boyfriend was ordered to pay child support in 2010 and in that same year child's mother said wonted nothing
From him or to do with him..she left and took child and haven't seen or heard from her in 8years and now he in jail of last month for that child ...no bond and could be facing 5years is there anything he can do
A: He needs to hire an attorney. If there was or is a written pay order, about the only thing he can do is make payment arrangements to satisfy the debt.
