Q: Request for visitation
I’m going there a custody battle with my child father. We going to court in the next 2 weeks. I wanted to know can I ask for supervised visits. If I had to call the police to get my child put of his house, and he refuses. I only called once, but there’s another situation when I didn’t called the police and he refuses to give my child to me when I asked
