Q: I recently purchased a pair of fake Christian Louboutins from someone for $600 in person. How can I get my money back?
I know this person. He comes from a family of law enforcement and he himself, is a CO. He sent me a picture and they looked good so it didnt cross my mind that could be fake nor would I think he would sell me fake shoes. After I inspected the shoes I realized they were fake and asked where he got them and he said Nordstrom. I told him that’s impossible these are fake and he said “a deal is a deal.” Refusing to exchange his shoes for my money back, I told him I would provide proof he didn’t purchase them online and he still won’t give my money back.
A: Sue him for fraud or go to police who will probably not consider case
