A: Maybe that's your problem they didn't deliver on their promises because attorneys are not supposed to promise you any result other than that they will do their best and show up to court on time. An attorney can tell you their past success rate with similar cases, they can tell you what they've done in similar cases. But they can't tell you what can be done in the future as that would be called a psychic at law not an attorney at law. Just like you should never go to the

A: You stated that the attorneys didn't deliver what they promised. If an attorney promises a result you should run away because by law an attorney can never promise you what's going to happen in the future they can only say that they will do their best and show up on time and I should, or hope to be able to do this for youas I have done before. An attorney however can tell you what their success rate is and what they have done in the past but that is the past it's never the future. An attorney who guarantees a result or leads you to believe but he can get you a certain result in uncertain terms is unethical and should be called a psychic at law not an attorney at law. Just like you should never go to the doctor that says I can cure your cancer you should never go to the attorney that says you will not go to jail. Only hire the attorney who says he will do his best and his past success rate is x y and z. Hats for communication problems that could be an ethical problem if they don't return your phone calls and you may want to file an ethical complaint
