Q: Backing out of a parking spot and someone hits me trying to go around can I fight and win this ?
An older man tried to go around me I was already 4 ft out of the parking spot and he tried to squeeze around me and hit my rear end and I get a ticket can this be fought and won?

These tend to be tough cases, and sometimes more difficult to determine liability than in situations on main roads where things are more clear-cut. In some instances, they are essentially treated as a coin toss, where the respective reps split things down the middle if they are able to see eye-to-eye. Good luck
