Q: Probation Violation Question

4 months into my end date of Probation, Former probation officer told me I was going be violation for having Social Media. ( Judge did Grant me access to internet for educational purposes, and had a written notaries letter from my former College teacher that stated it was require have Social media (FB) for his class. During this period I was also suffering from Cancer and other health issues that needed treatment. Instead of witting for my order to court and fighting the violations that was issued out by my former probation officer while I was on unsupervised Probation. I left the country to deal with my health issues and now after 3 years being out of country my question is if I return to fight the POV would I be able get it dismiss and be able complete the remaining 4 months of Probation or would I have to face more serious charges for being aboard for that long of a period? How should I handle this best way were I am not serving a long prison sentences?

A: There is a good chance that you will have to serve some or all of your remaining Sentence. Hire a competent attorney to lessen the damage. Pay all costs to the Court prior to the Hearing.
