could it be someone playing a trick on you?
if ins co clearly wrong but probably not something worth our office pursuing since it is not a normal case for us.

A: Could be a claim for sexual harassment. Forward the voicemail, and a screenshot of the telephone number from which it came, to an attorney for review.
