Q: Traffic Citation with another drivers registration information on the ticket
I recently was ticketed for unlawful speeding, however, the ticket had my license information but with another drivers registration information on the ticket.
I am not sure why the officer had another drivers registration on the ticket. I drive a truck not a car.
What would you recommend for me to do since the ticket information is not correct
A: It appears to me that the drive who was ticket somehow had your driver's license. Go to the hearing and be prepared to prove that it wasn't you who was speeding, nor was it your vehicle.
