Orlando, FL asked in Bankruptcy for Florida

Q: I lost my job and can no longer pay my mortgage and we got a foreclosure notice, and need to file bankruptcy on several

Medical bills. If I file bankruptcy, and do not reaffirm with a mortgage, how long can you stay in the home for? So if I file bankruptcy next week, how long can a person in Florida stay in the home?
