Q: reapply for greencard for my sister who gave up her card and got visitor visa
My sister was a greencard holder and she gave it up three yrs ago. Now I am applying for her again. What is the best thing to do please advise
A: Since getting any type of visa has become harder these days; the very best advice I can give you is to spend money and get a good immigration lawyer. Don't try to do this on your own.
