A: You need to provide more information such as whether they are charged as Felonies or Misdemeanors since both charges are "Wobblers" and any prior criminal record. Additionally, were there losses related to the PC 529?

Bottom line is that you need to talk to your lawyer since they will have the police reports that contain the details.

The maximum for each charge is 3 years in custody, although sentencing rules, without any enhancements or special allegations the maximum would be 3 years 8 months. If filed as Misdemeanors the maximum is 1 year for each in county jail. This also presumes no probation or parole violations.

Good luck!
