We have been seperated for a year but he keep coming around and now it got out of hand with child abuse, police and hospital were reported and have photos and videos of the situation. He put my son and I in danger. We have temp Protection order and now working with DV Advocate on getting permanent protection order which takes up to a week but I want to file for divorce also and we need a fresh start and be safe.. move far away where he cannot find us and harm us again or it might be alot worse than harm. We are fearful for our lives. We cannot afford to pay for a lawyer. I'm on social security disablity income.
