Q: is our home community property or separate?
divorce petition filed Feb. 22, 2018. Separation of Property Judgment as a "part" of original filing. We reconciled September 2018, resuming living together in a rental home. Husband purchased a home as his separate property, without my knowledge or consent October 2019, he then moved me into the home November 8, 2019. Is this home legally community or separate property? We are still married & have never filed a final judgment of divorce.
