Q: Can the foc make you pay for back child when the person thats supposed to get the money is dead
I'm being made to pay child support and being taken to court and had a court case 4 back child support that I owe to a lady who is no longer living
A: Yes. Child support is for the child, not the parent. Understandably, it doesn't seem like it in most cases. But in FOC's eyes, you owe that money to the child, not the deceased parent.
