Bossier City, LA asked in Family Law and Child Custody for Louisiana

Q: Hello, I am trying to see WHAT all ONE must need to file and terminate temporary guardianship. What do I need as parent?

For example: what would I need in order to LEGALLY go get my kids back? Proof documents of what exactly? And HOW do I get this in motion. Im sorry if I come across very vague but I am recently having problems with my in laws due to my rejection of continuing an abusive marriage so it seems like they are trying to hold our temporary guardianship agreement; one in which his sister signed with no judge, over my head and deny me getting to even see my kids or come get them like we had originally agreed upon and had been following until... Today. ANY help will be MUCH APPRECIATED. I FEEL VERY HELPLESS because of my lack of knowledge in the judicial system. PLEASE
