Q: I don't agree with administrator's Account for Final Settlement for my dad's estate. Do I have to sign the citation?

Do I have to sign the waiver and express my objections to administrator's fee incourt?

A: You don’t need to sign if you don’t agree. What you really need to do is hire an attorney to help you present your objections. If you are silent the court might approve the distributions without your signature.
