Florence, KY asked in Criminal Law for Kentucky

Q: Can I stop attending IOP classes once I am released from house arrest and put on parole?

A condition of my house arrest was to take IOP classes. Now I am getting off house arrest, so I don't have to keep taking classes, correct?

A: I’d get a release from I’OP from the court rather than unilaterally terminating it.
