A: It would be difficult to offer you a simple "yes" or "no" answer here. The first thing an attorney would probably do if you arranged a meeting with them would be to ask to see the contract, and in particular, how it addresses the element of the ghost writer's experience. If it is not nailed down with specificity, it could be open to debate. It isn't a simple such as price or quantity in a sale of goods contract. Experience could be a difficult issue to define or establish. You could contact a Nevada attorney to ask about an initial consultation, and discuss the damages at hand and whether it would be cost-effective to pursue them. Good luck
