Q: Am I gring to have to go jail?
I passed a school bus today. In a four stop all way. I wasn’t either facing the bus or coming from the back. I was coming from the left, and I was careless enough to pass the bus. I wasn’t sure if I couldn’t pass. Still, I understand that not knowing the law is not a justification, so please can you answer this question? Actually is the first time I did something like this. The question is Am I going to have to go to jail?
A: You cannot pass a bus from any direction when the lights are on and the flag is down.
