Q: someone is impersonating me online and selling nudes(not mine), and putting me in a bad light, how would i press charges
i do not know a lot about them besides their account impersonating me and email. im also underage and dont know if that makes it even more illegal as theyre technically posing to be selling child porn?

Call your local police department and have them investigate. You can also lodge a complaint eith the attorney generals office although this is a much more tinely process. You could file a private criminal complaint but unless you have more information that is unlikely to bear fruit. Your best option is the police.
You could also contact a civil attorney. They may have remedies available as to the damage to your reputation.
