Jacksonville, FL asked in Family Law and Child Custody for Florida

Q: I am trying to determine when the court order states 6:00 pm on the last day of his/her part of the break what this mean

I am in Jacksonville, FL. Our Christmas break is split where the first parent gets the child from the day they let out of school through to the 25th at 2 pm, and the other parent gets their full time and the child then goes back to the original parent up until going back to school. This year it would be 9 days each, and the other parent had the child starting on the 25th so her last day would be the 2nd, as winter break started on the 20th, the child was returned at 3 pm (we agreed on this) on the 25th, and 9 days would be the 2nd, with the last 4 days from the 3rd-6th giving me my last 4 days of the split. In reference to the court order stating to return the child at 6:00 pm on the last day of his/her part of the break, would this refer to the 2nd as it is her 9th day or the 3rd where I would not have him the whole time on my 4th day? It's a question that has come up and we need clarification.
