Q: my unborn child’s father is bad mouthing me. Can I use what he says about me in custody court If I have proof ?
My unborn child’s father has been disrespecting me to his family members. I have screenshots of what he is saying and it makes me feel like he will do that around my child. I have a voice memo of him admitting to hitting me but I never filed it with the police. I’m kind scared his behavior won’t change when the baby will be here
A: He can bad mouth you as much as he likes. But you can use the physical violence if you file a complaint now and it wasn't too long ago.
