Q: "JUST DO IT" is owned/trademarked by nike. is "Just Do It" also owned/trademarked by nike?

i am confused because i searched just do it and first few capitalized slogans were owned by nike, but other brands such as lower cases, or different fonts were trademarked by other companies. is that even possible? is nike okay with that?

A: If you wanted to repost your question in the Trademarks category, it might have better chances of being seen by the attorneys here who have insight into these issues. Good luck
