Q: Immigration help

I came to USA 2014 with B2 visa to FL with my husband ..we applied form I130 and got granted to stay and apply for green card ..I applied for it 2018 in FL then we moved to TX where I received work permit card and ss card and travel document and later on we got a letter for an appointment at San Antonio office last October I went to the appointment then few days later got a letter they denied my request for green card and asked to leave the USA within 30 days then I applied form I601 waiver as my husband has green card and in process to get his citizenship and denied my form and asked in the letter that I have 30 days to file form I290 B to appeal the decision ..so I'm seeking an Immigration help to help me with the situation ..thank you
