Q: Any idea how to divide a land among six children in a family

There's a 15 acres land which is not devided among children yet.There are 6 in this family & Dad is gone .

Recently mom has given a half of land to two of her sons and the rest is been divided into 6.Two daughters wouldn't accept their parts because there are some pits on the ground.Any idea how to solve this
