Q: Sold someone a dog in payments made a contract but they refuse to pay what can I do

If you could convince a Small Claims judge that the purchaser is in breach of the sales agreement, you can get a judgment for unpaid value of the sale, or return of the dog. If you sue, bring all evidence that of the sale, and of the payments made, of your your efforts to get full payment (emails, voicemails, etc.)
