Q: How to have a right to use the patent ( technology described in a patent ) in another country
A: A patent is enforceable only in the country that issued it. So, if there is a patent in the US, and you are making the claimed product in China and shipping it to Europe, then you won't be infringing the US patent. Likewise, if there is a European patent on the product, but not in the US, then you are OK to use it in the US.
