Q: I am considering taking a neighbor to small claims court to recover resent maintenance costs on driveway that I own
and we share.He does not live at the residence and property could sell at any time.Do not have address where he resides.
Should I use address of the residence off my property for suit or try to find address where he resides. If property sells will this suit
be viable using address off my property.
