Q: a worker at Bo's on the Beach stole my Trump pin. The GM called the police to have us escorted out of the restaurant.
My husband and I are in Fort Lauderdale on vacay, and stopped at Bo’s on the Beach. We were made to feel like criminals because I had a Trump 2020 pin, and were very embarrassed by the manager. I left a denim jacket on the back of my bar stool. We walked back to the hotel and within an hour I discovered that I left my jacket there. My husband called the restaurant and they said they had my jacket. We went and got the jacket. My husband got me a Trump 2020 pin for my jacket and I remember seeing it on my jacket before we walked to Bo's. It went missing! It was brought down to the hostess desk where the immature, rude,childish young girl hostesses were hovering. They laughed, whispered to each other, etc... I asked to see the manager and I told her to look at the video tapes ( I should have watched with her) she told me the camera was not working by the hostess’s desk( yeah right) the manager also called the POLICE! WHY were we humiliated and embarrassed when WE were the victims!!!
A: Apparently you lost the Trump pin, but I don't see a legal question here. Are you trying to ask if Bo's on the Beach is liable for the value of the pin?
