Q: What can I do about getting billed without a invoice from a rental car company?
a car from Easirent on 10/24/19 With a empty tank of gas we drove to Publix to get a mini pass.
We called and registered the pass. Then drove to Key West and parked the car and di not return until 10/27/19. Without sending an invoice or any form of communication Easirent billed y credit card for 31.63 I am being told that the car went through tolls on the 24th and 25th of October. I called Sun Pass and they have the correct information of the 24th and the 27th with our mini pass working correctly. I told Easirent that it was impossible for the car to have been in Miami on the toll road on the 25th because we were in Key West and the car had not moved at all on the 25th.
