Q: What should I do? There so many questions! There was no search warrant!

This guy left my sister apartment and was stopped. The cops brought him back handcuffed. I heard a knock at the door and he said its Johnny. I open the door and 3 cops are standing there one walks in and holds the door open saying there weed pipe " In plain Site". He ask me to call my sister to get consent to search. I called and talk to her. I signed a paper giving consent. They found 3 grams of Ice 2 grams oh herion and some weed. He also took 6,800 cash from me. They never locked me up im still out. I just sold my car couple days before. I have paperwork stating this. The detective wants me to work with them in order to get my money back. What action should i take??
