Q: My sister and her husband are to me abusing there kids but im not sure i can do anything about it what should i do

they not changing them they arent feeding them when the should bathing them. they are smacking them for no reason keeping them locked up all day in the bedroom puting them to bed as soon as they come through the do no matter the time and i just found out the are doing coke and theres a photo of the bag in there room to prove it. Now there just informed us there are going to be leaving the state of ohio with in a couple of months and i dont feel two kids are same is there anything i can do

A: Contact children's services. They will investigate the situation and could remove the children from the home if they confirm those problems. They could then let you take care of the children if you are willing.
