Visalia, CA asked in Landlord - Tenant for California

Q: 2nd unlawful detainer served on 2 HIV patients reported mold in rental landlord refuses to repair, court Feb 13th

We have defend ourselves and the first UD was dismissed, we have reported them to Code enforcement and she hires a new property management company to continue discrimination and harassment tactics, 2 patients in home and she wants to evict, what criminal activity is present and what legal defense do you have against landlord and property management acting with severe discrimination harassing. We also need rental assistance but they don't want us here anymore, what can we do to keep our home of 11yrs+, my boyfriend, rescued pets, and I don't want to move , Mold infecting 1/2 bedroom and entire only bathroom. No offer of any relocation assistance or temp housing, just eviction notice after another? What can we do?

A: are you sure you posted in the correct leaderboard............i am not on real estate list but am on DUI and Accidents.

you should probably listed what court you are assigned to so you can attract a lawyer who practices there.

sounds like a retaliatory eviction.........
