Saint Paul, MN asked in Car Accidents for Minnesota

Q: No-Fault Accident, other party is suing.

Hello, I was involved in an accident in Minnesota, where the responding officer cited the accident as "No-Fault." I was going straight East-Bound, the other party was going West-Bound, turning South-Bound at an intersection. The light turned Yellow and we both collided with front end damages. The other party now wants to sue for property damages.

A: Contact a member of the Minn Assn for Justice for the county where it happened. You had the right of way. They should have waited for you. If you have collision run yours through your insurance. If you get sued notify your insurance immediately and let them cover it. If there was a camera at the intersection see if you can get the images.
