Q: My father died and my brother took his truck and title and is trying to get it put in his name without my consent

A: He will have to provide the State with an Affidavit of Death & Heirship. He can't legally change the title without all of your siblings' signatures. You should speak with a succession attorney to help. An estate may need to be opened on your father, even if your father had no will.
