Q: Next door neighbor violates our Order of Protection against her. Talks her way out of any consequences every time.

We were granted an Order of Protection against our nxt door neighbor. She threatened to shoot and kill my wife. The Order is effective until July 2022. However figures out ways and executes any means to violate our Court Order. Everything from breaching the distance she is allowed to come within my wife, my self or our property. She has called in false criminal complaints on us. Has spread rumors that my wife and I MS13 gang members with significant drug connections. She has contacted neighborhood home owners to insist that there is always a strong chemical odor coming from inside our home suggesting we are manufactering and distributing meth. Her most recent tactic is calling our local Probation Department to report a Parolee wanted for Parole violations is hiding out inside our home. Resulting in 6 Parole Officers arriving at our home, demanded entry and searched our home from top to bottom while we were forced to remain seated on our living room couch. It has been a nightmare
