Q: How do i obtain a civil rights attorney for my domestic partner who is incarcerated at Calaveras county detention

Suit was filed after he was beaten by guards at SJ County jail in 2016 he was denied medical attention. He is hearing impaired. He was given a document from internal affairs after they investigated and they side with my partner Ronnie.

Ronnie has kept this law suit moving forward but he is in way over his head and we need help
