Q: what would it take to get my parental rights back and regain custody of my children

lost custody of my kids do to a lie that my neighbor told the police and the courts never gave my mother the chance to get my kids after being told that they sent and interstate transfer to Frankfort Kentucky. Then I had complete my parenting plan and the judge throw it out and the next thing I knew the judge took my rights away and adopted my kids out. the adopted family that got my kids didn't want to keep my oldest so the put her back into the system and she has been abused by some older kids and they let her run away with some guy that was to old for her, I need some help getting my kids back
