Edgewater, FL asked in Criminal Law for Florida

Q: I'm in the middle of a divorce and my lawyer says to get a lawyer to handle a lawsuit on the Answer in the DOM.Need help

I am out of finances and need Pro Bono help.. it is about a book I wrote and I did not get permission from my wife to publish the book. Her name I used in the book, is not her real name, but she signed the petition as Mary B Curtiss and not the Mary E Curtiss she has signed on every document (10 documents) including her drivers license. I have also been set up in a criminal charge, Battery with Strangulation, after I had my iPhone snatched from my hand by the step-daughter and the boyfriend assaulted me and beat me up where I had to go to the ER, where I was arrested after being interviewed by the DBPD.. My court date is Mar 12 and April 16

A: If you can not afford a lawyer the public defender in the county you were charged in will appoint one for you free of charge.
