Q: My dof is chipped and registerEd to me can my ex take her

She has been in my care solely since September 2019 and he came and took her. Can he do that? She is chipped to me, registerEd to me, vet bills in my name. However he cane and took her without permission. Police said since he technically paid for her he can take her.

A: That’s probably a violation of your property settlement agreement. Talk to a lawyer bc I’m guessing the dog is legally yours. PS. Never take legal advice on civil matters.
