Chicago, IL asked in Criminal Law for Kentucky

Q: I have a assault 4th about a fight on a bus with another student, the bus driver broke it up an pressed charges on me.

I have a video showing the bus driver never was struck by me, it was taken by another students phone it shows he made several attempts to jump in the middle of the fight. I also have several mental illness that cause me to act in aggressive ways out of random or being triggered. Along with missing my dose of the medications I was currently on. The fight caused a down fall for me even ended up to me being homeless because I was a “troubled 18 year old in foster care”. I plan on taking the case to trial an I wanted to know what I could do or say or use or what to find to help me (edit: I was in the situation of being threatened to being “jumped”
