Q: Can you sue if a Technician ruptures your eardrum when your getting an MRI done?

My Mom went to go get an MRI done & the Technician shoved the earplug in her ear so hard that it ruptured her eardrum causing her to have to go to the ER straight from the MRI place.

A: Maybe. How do you prove that it was the force of the technician that caused the rupture? Do your mom's medical records reflect this?
