A: more info needed.

anyone can sue for anything at any time.........the question is would he collect?

as long as you had auto insurance your carrier would defend you IF s/he sues and if you are not at fault

they will win the case.

the more important question is were you injured? if so you need to be sure a police report was made,; you contact a local lawyer asap and you get medical help at a facility recommended by your lawyer.

with CV19 it may be hard to find a doctor's office open let alone a physical therapy facility.

i am in Palm Desert and you need a lawyer close to where you live. if you don't know one I would be happy to give you several names to call.

A: Yes, he can sue. If he was not insured, he will not be able to recover pain and suffering damages, but can recover for medical expenses (past and future) and wage loss (past and future). Notify your insurer. Its job is to defend you in this situation. If you were not wholly at fault, and you have uninsured motorist coverage, you can make a claim with your own insurer to be compensated for your own pain and suffering medical expense and wage loss. Call personal injury attorney to discuss your potential claims in detail.
