Largo, FL asked in Family Law for Florida

Q: Ex husband being unreasonable.

My girls 14 & 15 were stayed with me over spring break. Father is the primary residence & school district. During that time, they informed me that their dad was going to make them travel in an RV during the corona virus situation and they were pretty freaked out about it. I contacted him and told him I did not give him permission to leave the state with the girls in the RV during a pandemic and that he would be putting their health and safety at risk. Unfortunately, our agreement says nothing about travel. Their only other option was to stay with me, however my home is undergoing renovations so that they can each have a room when they were scheduled to come for the summer so we have very limited space right now. He is well aware of this. They wanted to return home. He came to pick them up, however they got in a fight in the car about the travel and he kicked them out and made them stay here. What should or I can I do? Can I legally take them to his house and drop them off?

A: Unless the judge changes the order establishing primary residence you must obey it.
