Nothing, but I would imagine that the person you struck will probably file charges. The charges will be dependent on whether the state attorney believes the allegations that will be made against. You should keep a list of witnesses and probably hire a lawyer to defend you...that lawyer should retain an investigator to interview witnesses...Given the world we live in, prepare to defend yourself in court...
You do have defenses available to you. Other than speaking to your lawyer, stop talking about the incident.
