When can I try to get an increase in child support from from my former spouse? How do I do this? The original support order was May 30, 2018. Former spouse lives out of state. I was granted sole legal and physical custody since the date of divorce (May 30, 2018.) The children are always with me and do not spend any time with the other parent. Former spouse's salary (a bank employe) has doubled since May 30, 2018.
