Q: i have been staying at this hotel in cali for 2 months same room never checked due to coronavirus I cant pay

becuase i cant work on the 22 I was told I owe 250 in which the manager wouldn't give me my receipts because I would get lawyer then the police were called to remove me I told them what happened they said to be out by the next day and left thats when the hotel manager said she was wrong I owed nothing on the rent but told me the next day i couldnt come out my room at all and then told me they owed me three free nights which stated I was to leave yesterday but on the 26 the police were called again after the hotel manager stated the police Sgt gave her a paper and any time she signed it I would go to jail when the police came they stated they had been called somewhere else for a domestic but yet they ended up stoping me and saying there job wasn't to protect and serve its to arrest people and they said I was taking advantage of the law I asked them was I being arrested or detained they said no I closed my door they then knocked on my door with made up receipts that show different

A: I can't even make out what your question is. You can't go anywhere due to the coronavirus restrictions, so just stay where you are. The hotel will get paid eventually by the government, so there's no reason to worry about anything.

Always be polite with the police. And try to be reasonable with the hotel manager, she is just as powerless as you are. We are all in this together. Chill out and stay calm.
